The formula of life is a campaign worked at the San Rafael Hospital blood bank, with the purpose of becoming one of the most important blood banks nationwide (Colombia); so, together with a creative ally, an innovative concept was created that broke the sector's schemes, BtoB and business strategies. This concept allowed us to approach people in a different way and currently position itself as the top 4 blood bank in the country.

Branding Identity
Through market studies and research, a disruptive creative concept was created in the sector, with an emphasis on protection, care for lives and a call to encourage donation.

Commercial Plan
Commercial and advertising strategies (BtoB and BtoC) were carried out in order to attract new clients and thus raise awareness among people regarding blood donation issues. Support was provided in the commercial process and in the creation of partnerships with companies nationwide.

Loyalty strategies

The Donor Club was created: a model for frequent donor affiliation and an incentive plan to attract more donors. Additionally, the strategic alliance with companies allowed the HUCSR Blood Bank to open its doors in new spaces.
