STRATEGOS MEDICAL SOLUTIONS
With the objective of positioning the SMS brand in the main cities of DRC, a joint strategy has been carried out to highlight the benefits and impact of the brand on the health of its affiliates. This is why, different commercial and loyalty strategies have been worked on so that SMS becomes a benchmark for the health of Congolese families. In addition, given that the DRC is a country with basic health standards, it is important to generate strategies to sensitize people to the protection and care of life in their social environments. In search of developing this awareness we generated a series of prevention campaigns and training sessions according to the epidemiological needs of the population.
By understanding the target audience we wanted to reach, we created a unique identity and material aimed at strengthening commercial relationships between the brand and its customers.
Prevention and Promotion
With the aim of reinforcing the presence of the brand in the Congolese families, different training sessions that the national public health conditions was demanding, were carried out.
Ability to react:
Due to a national public health demand, immediate strategies were implemented to counter an Ebola epidemic that hit the country during 2018.
In order to strengthen the relationship with its members, several practical tips for health care were socialized through different communication pieces and thus promoted self-care.
